4th of JULY in the PARK celebrates the 4th of July the old-fashioned way at San Lorenzo Park . Starting with a parade down Broadway in King City , the day is filled with games, food, live music, family entertainment, crafts, antique tractor and equipment displays and the Classic Car Show . Take a step back in time in one of the many museum buildings, or blacksmith exhibition.  Race with the kids in an old fashioned sack race or watermelon eating contest.  Young or old, this annual event not only provides a perfect venue for an ideal 4th of July celebration, but also supports a great museum!
